GHL 2023=2024 Champions Crowned

Last Saturday our GHL season ended with two very tight and (too?) tense championship games.  The Oilers topped the Blues 3-1 on the strength of third period goals by Ed Pecyna and Jun Kim. In the semis the Lightning held a 2-1 lead late into the third but the Senators scored 3 unanswered goals including a beautiful (championship winning) end to end goal by Pooya Ghandali. 

Thank you to all our wonderful players, referees, scorekeepers, and fans for another excellent GHL Season! A special thank you to the goalies who subbed in a lot for us this year: Jen and Dan Amadio, Al Baltazar, Ron Chan, Mike Leclair, and Steve Tocher.

The league would not be the same without our awesome, dedicated captains: Laura, Turgeon, Mel Chan, Lisa Krizmanic, Darryl Smith, Chris Thombs, Mitch Kane, Adam Roman, and Scott Miller. Thank you!
