Find out which team is (so far) the most generous of all...GHL Hamilton is having a little competition this year to find out which team is the most generous. Players are being asked to bring non-perishable food to the arena on Saturday night. The food collected will be donated to the Wesley Centre.
The team that donates the most food by weight (pounds) will win a party at the Lookout Lounge. For people who would like to make cash donations, $1 = 1 pound.
So far the Flyers are showing the rest of the league how it's done by donating 248.5 pounds so far!! The minors also lead the pros by a hefty margin (429 pounds to 56).
