GHL Winter 2024-2025 Registration is OPEN!!

The best beginner adult hockey league that plays on Saturday nights in Hamilton is ready to give you another season of Fun(ny?), Safe, and Fair hockey!

The registration fee for players is $495 and for goalies $200. 

All games are on Saturday nights at the Mohawk 4Ice Centre with the season starting on October 5th with a league-wide player evaluation night. Players will be contacted with their try in time. 

Make sure to check out our winter info page and rules. This league is geared toward adults who didn’t get a chance to play hockey as kids. Please take that into account before you register, so you are not disappointed if we have to cut you on player evaluation night. 

Heads up: We have amended our rules in regard to neck guards. For the winter season neck guards must provide laceration protection. See our rules for details.
