GHL HOCKEY ACADEMY 
 

First time playing hockey? New to the GHL? Want to get ready for the next GHL Season? Thinking about joining a hockey league or just want to practice the basics and improve your overall playing ability? Well here is the place for you! 

Our Academy runs players through a comprehensive program that will have you practising forward and backward skating, crossovers, stopping both ways, puck handling, passing, shooting, and improving your balance and overall performance in the fantastic game of hockey. 
Players are split into groups based on their skill level to help maximize skill development,

Each week you'll have 50min of skating (no time on the bench!), with two sessions running an extra 30min.  Registration is very limited to ensure optimum trainer/student time.

TIME: 9am  (sessions on April 18th and May 2nd will run until 10:30!)
